The Sea-Doo rental shack,open from mid April through September is a favorite off all river fans.

The Avi Beach is famous on the Colorado River. The largest stretch of sand in the Tri-State area, it offers great swimming as well as fishing. The Avi river front also includes a gas dock for boaters, and watercraft rentals during the spring and summer season. The photo on the right is from our July 4th bash of 1996.
